Idea is one of the leading telecom operators in India.
The calling rates are not that expensive qith respect to other operators but the quality is not good too.
The most annoying thing about the Idea is they always irritate you with their company calls about the songs, Ringtones and if by mistake you press any number button your 20-30 rs immidiately get cut from your prepaid balance and this is just the start after each month the offer in which you by mistakely press button get activated automatically and you will never know for what offer they are charging this money.
Another annoying thing is advertising messages , I dont know how they give your phone no to anyone but my message inbox always get filled within 3-4 days with offers like buy rooms here, now booking are open here at.
This some extra activities keep me irritating me everytime specially call from company.
