This company has done a very good advertising of its brand.I don’t know how many people have they successfully attracted to use their service, But it sure go my mother’s attention.She was already having troubles with her(then) current service provider.

Its been 5 months now and she has already started to trust this operator, cause the only thing she does with her phone is to make calls both Local and STD.For that purpose its quite upto the job.It has a vast network coverage.This comes in handy when she is out visiting her native place.It’s kind of a mountainous region so having enough range is very important.
About 2 years from now, I used to have an idea 2G dongle .Its customer service was good , but it lacked the speed to open some sites like Gmail etc.It was quite a frustrating experience.I used to get download speeds of about 20 Kbps.
Nowadays nobody would want to have that kinda speed. So what I am saying is, For those who are interested to use this service provider for making calls only then go forward and join in.People who are most of the times liked to there online accounts this is not the one for you. If you are already using this and have enough money to switch to 3G then it might solve your problem.
