I Mahesh Naidu K from Bangalore city Banashankari 3rd stage , near Devegauda petrol bunk . My mobile num. is 8548999950.This number is used by my father and my number is 9945999950. I visited idea store but there is no proper response, there is no other customer other than me and they are busy in talking their personal talks such as silly talks 2 girls and one guy and finally after 45min waiting I again requested them to sort out my problem then they ask what’s problem as if I’m not waiting for such long time but still there is no proper response. Timings : 6:35PM to 7:18PM waited for such a long time . Please review CC camera . Store head is also not available and idea store num. is : 10 . I request you to take seviare action.
