Hi friends, today I want to share my experience for the Idea Mobile Operator. I took a postpaid Idea sim around 4-5 years ago. I have been using it since a long time, and I actually had least problems in Idea as compared to other network operators I bought.The network of Idea is fair enough. It catches network almost every place. When I call the customer care regarding any problem I face, they don’t answer in a proper manner, and are too busy to talk.
The major problem I am facing in Idea is its bills. After a month when I receive the bills, that feels like I should not have taken postpaid plans. The bills are mostly above 1000.So I am not happy with the bills and their charges.
