Iam using idea sim in my mobile. Iam sharing that experiences.
Iam currently live in povval, kasargod. Usually the 4g internet provided by idea mobile operator is very fast. So iam chooses this operator.
But in my locality the 4g internet speed decreased very low. At that time iam called the customer care and tell them loclitiy. Then they said that the issue is with tower, we will fix in 10 days. After 10 the situation is not changed and again we called the customer care and told them then they again said to give them 10 days. After 10 days the problem is solved. But we lost our 1gb daily data for twenty days
They said that there is no remedy to solve your loss, we are really sorry. In this time iam understood that the idea operator is worst and they troubling the customers.
