So I switched to idea a few years back, I live in a place in the city were you don’t get a network easily. so I decided to try out Idea.
It has a very good network service, the internet speed is fast as well. The connectivity of this network is good, you get connected even when you are in a rural area.
just one little problem, calldroping! its not very serious, call droping incidences are relatively less, but they do happen from time to time.
the customer service is good. They do listen to what your problem is and give you a explaination as to why it may be happening. And suggest a solution as well.
I have a prepaid sim card. The data plan are good, a little bit costly though. There are differnt plans from which you can choose. The talktime offers are good as well.
Its a really good network, just needs a few little problems fixed.
