Hello friends, the idea network is very good, even at a one single point of network’ the sound quality is very good as per the other network services & also Internet speed is about 300 to 550kbps at that point in 3g network & 4g is even good enough to stream HD videos smoothly. And talking about customer service, about last 8 months ago I have made recharge of about 600rs internet pack, but it is not get processed but retailer had taken money from me, soon after 1 hour I made a call to customer service & after giving the complaint they instantly paid me the net pack. I was so happy that time.
