I have known idea from the time it was launched in Kerala. To be honest the network coverage is superb in the state. And the coverage has only enhanced over the time. Exciting offers too. I still remember when they had launched a Rs 1 or 2 offer by which unlimited SMS was provided the entire day. Not sure about the current offers but have heard that the network coverage is still the superb. Idea always had recharge offers which pleased all age groups. Fancy numbers were also available. Customer service has also been always polite and helpful. Overall with my personal experience in the past and especially during my school days idea was the best service provider available.
