I am using idea cellular from last 2 and half years and every thing were fine till 2 months back. I had a post paid connection and I took jodi connection from IDEA with the same account that I was using from last 2 and half years for my friend.
The plan was 50rs rental and the call rate was similar to the plan with the first number which was cheaper. The call rates between these two numbers were 10 paisa only. But when I was taking this number I was not told that I will be getting charge of 125rs as clip charges.
Then I took the decision to close the numbers and it took around one month for me to close that number. I made around 20 -30 calls in those days to close that connection. I am really fed up with the IDEA Customer care and planning to close my first phone number also.
