I have used Idea before. Quality is good but not satisfactory.
Network - Idea has more tower so not any issue of call drop but some time it has issue with traffic.
Customer Service - It is not provided proper solution to the customers. Response is delay sometimes.
Charges & Billing - Charges of Idea are high but not give quality. It’s plans so expensive and giveless Idea to other calls minutes.
I do not recommend this service provider.
