If you are searching for a network for your phone of tablet, please do not use Idea as I facing a lot difficulties with this operator and its service. I am using the Idea network for quite a long time through the number 985598* and this time was not at all pleasant. I am facing quite a few problems with this network. The call centre workers calls randomly and says that they have change the plan and I will receive high rates for the bill in further months, also it is not easy to convert it back towards the original plan. They send high rates for bills until warned to end the network and port it to some other companies.
They disturb at unwanted times and move my mind from my studies because they just does whatever they wanted to do and doesn’t care what the user wants or is asking for. The internet speed is too low and it becomes tough to surf the internet with this network. They charges much more rates cut the plan than it even works. I loose 200MB-300MB when just switched on for some seconds waiting for whatsapp messages to load in the phone which are hardly even 10-15.
I will not recommend anyone to use this phone as it has various problems and it is unreachable at times.
