On 24th May I requested for GPRS settings for my new Android OS based mobile handset Huawei (U8100). I called at 10 AM and customer service person promised that I will get GPRS settings within 2 hrs. I called customer service again at 1 PM and I got same answer that I will get settings within 2 hrs. I called again at 4:30 PM and still request was in process.
When I decided to escalate and asked 4th customer care representative who was on call, he disconnected the call from his side. What do you say about this kind of customer service?
