Hi there all I am a guy who have really bad suffered by idea---------
I am a right now bpl customer but was planning to go for idea as my gf have idea n also I wanted a gprs service provider as bpl doesnt support it.
I was planning to go for superpower.So I decided to check idea gprs 3 days back.My sister is having idea lifetime I took her card n just followed gprs activation process.
Upon messege to 4666 I got reply ur gprs will be activated in 12 hrs.I called customer care asking them can I change the handset(as I had to give card back to sis) they said no u have to retain the card in the same handset u have requested saitings for n it will come IN JUST 4 HRS.I was happy to hope to get them in 4 hrs.
4 hrs gone.............I called customer care there were reason it takes 12 hr sir u wait for 12 hrs n then check...............12 hrs gone I called at night 10:30.Sorry sir but I request u to wait 24 hrs it needs 24 hrs.If u dont get them in 24 hrs I will send from here..............................
24 hrs also gone............Sie it takes 48 hrs I am also sending u the setting from my handset u will recieve it in 15 min or 4 hrs........................I waited I send complent more than 4 times I waited my mood was geting bad on idea................I decided to wait for 48 hrs(How I convinced my sister I know).....................after 48 hrs they said U FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE ONECE AGAIN N WAIT MORE 48 HRS..............................after 54 hrs OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN PLEASE CALL US AFTER 2 HRS..........................after 2 hrs...........................SIR U WILL GET THE SETTINGS IN NEXT 24 HRS PLEASE WAIT...............................I gave my card back to sister n said BYE BYE TO IDE AN ITS SO CALLED GPRS...............BPL IS BEST I THINK SO I AM HOPING HUTCH SERVICES WILL BE STARTED SHORTLY HERE IN MAHARASHTRA.
iF ANY IDEA AUTHORITY READING IT THEN I REALLY SAID IT REALLY A WORST IDEA OF MY LIFE.
