Firstly I want to say this is the India’s best mobile network because it’s network coverage is sooooo good you can get full network in small villages compare than other mobile network because many mobile network companies don’t have a full coverage in small villages. This is my personal experience I use this network from last 10 years. Idea providing good customer service because you can get easily idea store in every location & you can solve any issue by this store they always ready to help his customers. If we talk about charges then it is offer very fabulous tariff plan also you can get unlimited calling on local & national with 3 Gb data only at rs. 351, so I think it is the best mobile network in India.
