I am the user of idea prepaid service since a year. Whats wrong with this network it doesn’t give a good speed even it doesn’t allow me to send msg I already had complained but their attitude customer service wont to solve this problem. When I activate mobile data a few minutes after it automatically disconnect it sometime it doesn’t give sent and receive data unfortunately it need to be restart the phone and again it occur. I’m using now 2G because their poor connection with a unlimited pack amount 202rs. Whatever when it cross over 1800 mb it it start to ignore the users and provide slow speed slowly slowly! means if you recharge this package today and you don’t have used more data it will provide a good speed up to 20 kbps only. Then after it start to reduce the speed slowly slowly.
After 2GB used it give you a poor speed less than 5 kbps. And by using this speed you cannot search, fb, whatsapp. And when I was using 3G idea it gives me a better speed up to 300 kbps but it was so expensive that it deducted more mobile data than I expected. And in 3G after its data fup, its having the same problem, both give the same speed like 2G. In 2G idea promised the customer to provide up to 30-40 kbps speed. then after 2GB it will give you minimum of 15 kbps I think but it doesn’t give at least a fixed speed of 15-20 kbps. After that I won’t use that network. I want to discontinue. I recommend friend for not using that type of network. I will not recommend this to my frds.And one of my biggest problem is it deactivate data automatically and stop to sent or receive data.
