Idea is a nice Mobile Operator which gives awesome Internet speed on Mobile, Laptop.Their 3g services are available in almost every states.Iam using Idea for a long time.When I was a new Idea Subscriber, they provided me a lot of new offers.They have given me Data Offer of Rs 48-1GB 2G data for 28 Days and My Call Rate also decreased to 1p/2sec.I was satisfied with their customer support and Internet Speed But Later When I became a old customer they reacted as they forgot me.They stopped giving me offers for Data pack Recharge and Call Rates.Then I dial the 198 to Contact to Customer Support team then They said that Sir! Please Stay with Idea You will soon get some New Offers then as per their Response I stayed with Idea But Still I haven’t got any best offer for Data Pack Recharge.My friends Who have New Idea Sim are getting 1 GB 3G data in Rs 77 only and In mine case its of Rs 177.So Iam not satisfied at all with this service of Idea!
