I bought Idea sim from local idea store as I was in need of high speed 3G data, Idea was only 3G operator in my town. I was happy for the first few months, but as it was my secondary sim, I was not using it frequently for making calls. Last week, I recharged my idea number with Rs.299 3G data plan, the service got activated within seconds. But after 30 minutes, my sim started showing network error, there was no coverage in my phone even I was in full 3G covered area. I restarted my phone twice to fix the issue but nothing was working. I rushed to the Idea store to get resolved it as soon as possible. When they checked my sim in their system, it showed my sim was deactivated due to non usage. I shows him all the messages which I got from their side after recharge conformation, but they were not supporting. I called their customer care many times to solve this, but they were also dumb people, repeating the same answer every time. After hard work of 5 days to get my sim re-activated, I gave up.I would strongly recommend you to avoid IDEA, or get ready for loose your pocket.
