Idea have changed its services quite badly.earlier it use to be India leading network but now whether we talk about calling experience or Internet speed it laggs in standing.Eaelier I was happy in using Idea as mostly where I travel almost their is idea but what about internet connectivity and plans.It plans are too costly when other operators like Airtel and Jio are providing better recharge options comparison with idea.
One thing that idea have it all till now is their customer care service but with this you can’t rate a company as it plans should also be good.
Overall its a big and awesome network.
But Airtel and Jio serves better , so that’s why I switched my idea sim to airtel and is quite satisfied.
