Idea network operator is showing its bad behaviour in acquiring range and speed. The connection to that idea cells are lost frequently. I have a bad impression on idea and I am not satisfied with the facilities that are provided by idea cellular limited. I am using idea sim phone past three years. Since I am using idea as an alternative number, I am not using th number ad permanently. Idea is good in providing internet offers. So I dont feel that for permanent uses idea sim is the best. Once we use idea as permanent sim we should provide that number to everybody. But idea is lossing it’s range someareas. So it is not safe to use idea sim as the permanent one. Customer service is working normally and we are getting positive responses from all the agents. Another problem which is felt is that more amount of data is consumed for browsing. 1 GB of data is draining fastly with out doing much in internet. These will be a major issue and it poses the sense of providing 1 GB data for one day. Proper information is passed at the time when the internet is exhausted. I have no complaints in that. But when we calculate the all together working of the operator I am not satisfied.
