Customers Are Always Wrong

They are Sh people with even more SHtier services


last month my entire balance was deducted as my 3G data, automatically got consumed, so I thought it would have been my mistake, so I again recharged it, and same thing happened, and even when I recharged with 2G (500MB) data, it also got consumed automatically, with out using internet. this way I lost more the Rs500 of balance plus Rs.500 of internet recharge.


Customer care:




  1. They said it was my mistake, as me or someone from my family would have used it, but to be clear I am the only user of internet in my family and I know I didn’t consumed it.




  2. The tone of the call center man was very rude.






Service center:




  1. So I went to service center and their I was told that I was should keep my internet data off and should only use it when needed. Are you kidding me, no one does that, and while using different internet services I never did that, and never even faced any problem like this.




They know they have a kind of monopoly, so they know where an idiot customer will go, as all the service providers are like this only, sht organization with Sht services.
