I am using Idea for 4 years now facing poor connectivity issue since then. Every time I report got same answer that there is some technical issue in my area which will be resolved soon but how they can take 4 years to resolve a technical concern.
I am using this network due to good plan & rental they offered 4 years ago. Along with network they do not issue receipt for any documentation or payment made at Idea Showroom. Only confirmation you will receive is on your mobile phone & if that didnt happen then you have to complaint about it with customer care. It happened with me many times.
Change of address is another hassle with them as they do not issue any receipt while accepting documents & may come up later saying they havent received the documents. No matter how many times you complaint you have to go through the same cycle for address change.
