I am using idea cellular from the last 3 years and I am very dissapointed with the service provided by them . The main issue is the network problem that I am facing everywhere and the internet speed is disgusting you cant even play pubg in that internet . The customer service is also worst you call them and they take all the information and tell you that they will resolve your problem but the problem will not be resolved and next time if you contact them with same problem they take all the details again that you provide earlier, charges and billings are also very high .I have a postpaid connection and they charge me more than 600 per month for local calls and 1.5gb data per day.
