I had been very happy with Idea services for the past two years. I have also subscribed to ECS and Internet service on mobile.
3 days back, the internet on my phone stopped working. I am almost wasting half of my day leaving my professional work in their CC tele-queues and listening to their 98..aaa.231.45.
They blame it on the defect in phones when they failed to get the connection activated by proving that it was working on other Nokia mobile. But yesterday the internet was working on my mobile too and again got disconnected.
My priority was to get mails from overseas buyers even if I am out or their is no power. I think I have wasted my money buying an Internet phone. So the dream would remain a fiction. What an Idea sirji. I may have to migrate to a different service provider.
20 April 2010-i am perpetually being harassed by disconnection messages despite timely payment is being done on ecs. Even i have sent the payment proofs and these lalas belch they have not received money. Damn. To hell with them.
