I dont use idea, but my mother do. And as she is not so techy, Hence I manages an account on behalf of her. So today what happened is I called customer care of Idea so as to know that where my balance got deducted without any making calls any as a message or any other Internet usages. First thing I dont understand why do they give an option to select language when they always have to transfer the call in to the Hindi department. And after that the customer care executive they talk totally unprofessionally. Instead of helping and providing the information did you ask the question and dont even listened me properly. All the customer care representative was saying is that all the charges and deduction amount was correct I was continuously asking what was the charges deduction and where did they got charged, but I am getting same answer that all charges was eligible. And at the end when I asked about the value added services if they were active or not as I have already ask the same thing twice and have no response for the same question on that that executive got tempered and if she was saying that I have already told you the same, and that too in a totally non professional way. So if this is what they call a customer service then I think they have to have an idea about customer service.
