I am using idea service from 5 years , idea is first network I have used and still using, when I started using this network the price or bill was very cheap .
that time they was giving full topup and internet was also very cheap they were giving 14 rupee unlimited internet for 4 days.But now it has been little bit costly.
-Service: - Service of idea is very fast, hardly there is anyday where the service is low , overall service is quite impressive.
-Internet: - Internet speed of idea is very nice in jammu , mostly it works proper in my area . I am very satisfied with the speed.
-Customer care: - Customer service is also very nice they behave very nicely with every caller , who calls for help.
-Calling and network: - Best network and best calling it gives .
one thing is bad about it that they lounch every service very late then the other networks like they introduce 4g very late the other network.
overall it good network
