Idea 3G pe busy -
I sorry to say here.
idea customtakeouter care executive are 3G pe busy they are not willing to revert any response against any request/compliant.

on Wed, Nov 2, 2011 at 12:46 PM again I send the request to Alok Mittal com>, "ccare.dl", and also I again request when I not see any reply to.

I send them mail on issue: i made the payment of my postpaid no. to idea executive on 24th October, 2011 but they not update the payment and my no.’s outgoing are barred.
I have suffered due to outgoing barred when I made the payment on time.
in response of telephonic conversation with idea customtakeouter care executive, I send them scan copy of receipt which I had received from their executive
