As soon as they started to feel that they are the monopoly in mobile network, they began some fraudulent activities to earn more profit. They started to activate few paid services in customers sim that customers didn’t new about. When customers begin to notice the cash leakage, they called the customer care & the response they get is that the services cannot be started without customers approval & money lost cannot be refunded.
Another way of making profit is by draining the data available. They take away 3/4/5 times the actual data used by customer from their data plan.
