The worst mobile network. I have idea sim, Give damn bad network when I got to my home town in Jaunpur, UP.
I barely get 10-20% network in my village. and when I try to call anybody, Network gets completly lost. It caches network in city areas only. It has low call rates but have many network issue. I don’t use it for websurfing. Gives very slow net speed.
Company dont effectively respond in’customer care service’. Always I have to try many times to get in their contact.
I don’t think that company will last forever by giving this kind of services to customer.
