I am using idea from last 6 to 7 years and I am not satisfied with its network and its service.
I am currently using an postpaid plans. company don’t pay any attention to its customers regarding service or networking issue.
all the time signals strenght is below 30 percent and many of the times mobile shows no network all the time there are no network .
Whenever I call to customer care they always says a same line that we are currently expanding our signals and towers in your areas and we are working on it but from last 6 years there is no changes expect now idea is providing some valuable packs that is the main reason I am still using idea .
Like it gives 3 GB data in 100 re and many more plans but internet speed is the worst and there is no 4g.
our country is try to have 5g but idea is not even trying to expand 4g.
the worst experince is that they always add on some service into my plans without my permission and every time I have to cancel that subscription and they dont coperate with customers Worst service and Networks.
