Hi friends I am using idea since 3 year. And the service they provide is very good. Customer care response quickly on phone. They are having good recharge offers. Internet also working good they will give you very good Internet speed on 3G as well as 4G. Good network in over all. You will never face network problem expect remote areas. In South India this is lagging behind amongst it’s competitors in network. Need improve network in South India. You can rely on idea for good service. And idea needs to lower the price of their 3G and 4G data charges.
