Once I had an Idea network after that I had an idea that, not to get the Idea ever ever and ever. One of the worse network of India is Idea. Idea has no idea about it’s service and network. A flop network provider with a flop ambassador. But I have a confusion that, who made other a flop brand, it’s Idea who make junior A Bacchan flop or Junior A Bacchan make flop Idea. I think this is a vise versa. I wonder, Why Idea is still in the market? if you are in the the top floor of a city, you can make sure yourself that You will not get the network of Idea. The voice quality is also a disaster. Internet speed is as fast as a Sloth. 4G network is also similar with former one. There are unlimited call drop free with it’s service.
Another super flop department of Idea is it’s Customer Service. I think after the monumental loss of Idea, they are managed there customer service department with there Group D staffs. Idea have zero customer service, first of all they did’t know about the problem, and if they do but they didn’t solve them. They even didn’t try to solve them. You didn’t get any assistance from them. The services are just there for theory, their is no practical implementation. They are just making foll the customers.
They didn’t have minimum amount of honesty. They are making money by cheating the innocent existing customer. They knew that no one will continued with Idea that’s why they are trying to making money from them as soon as possible. Over billing is a normal thing for Idea. And they didn’t even apologized for this.
I think they have shut down idea and started a cheat fund for looting money from innocent people.
