I recently port my sim from Docomo to!DEA billing first the company give me plan with rs 350/- but I use normally calling no internet and sms my bill going up to 750/- I am complaint about that but customer care services are very useless and huge line over there and when get your number your problem not solve by them then company agent will be decrease my package from 350 to 150 but my bill was going increases 750 to 850 I get very angry then I will go again to the customer care center then again huge lines over there I asked my problem to the companies agent said you will port your number to postpaid to prepaid but it gets some time I ask how much then he said 3 months that means!DEA loots my money for 3 months after 3 months I again go to the!DEA service center then he ports my number to postpaid to prepaid but my problems was going on not ends.
PROBLEMS will I get
-I getting a connectivity problems
-There is service not support the 4G
-Some places data work but phone did not work
-You cant call or receive call
I use!DEA from last 1 year but right now services are very bad I feel that!DEA is a big company but they are not doing there work properly and!DEA customer care will says An!DEA can change your life. really it is your idea to stole customers money I dont need your!DEA to change my life
