Very poor customer service

I was using idea for the last 2.5years on a simple phone at 2g network. At 2g the call rates were very cheap and also network was very strong but recenty I decided to use the same sim for internet so I put my sim in my oneplus 6 . As my sim supported only 3g so I went to a idea store in my city get a 4g sim. I went to store on 23rd july 2018 but they told me that they had no 4g sim at that time and I should collect the same after 2 days. So I went back to them on 28th july and again they told me that the sims will come to them on monday that is30th july. On that same day I opened idea care app and ordered a 4g sim to be delivered at my home after which I received a message that my .sim will be dispatched within 21 hrs but after 2days I received a message that my sim has been dispatched and after 4days from my sim being dispatched I tracked my sim on the app which showed that my sim has been delivered but I never received the sim. When I called idea coustomer care they told me that they had delivered the sim and when I complained about the idea store they told me to visit another store which was 45km from my home. I ordered sim through app 5-6times but never received one. Finally on 25th august I again went to the same store in my city and again they told me that they had no 4g sim . Finally I ported my sim to jio4g and I am very happy with the speed and service of jio.
