I am idea sim owner from gujarat circle, working in pune, Maharashtra. Idea recently launched 4G service and providing free sim upgradation service for existing customers. I visited there 2 days ago, but cross circle upgradation was not available at idea care. I request same to idea care on twitter and idea care contact me and ask about problem, but at that time they had no such arrangements to upgrade sim of another circle, representative on call said that she will inform senior and try to make arrangements. On next day she call me again and inform that your gujarat circle ’s 4G sim is now available at idea care in pune now, visit there and replace it. Such special arrangements done in such short time, really they care their customers. Thank you Idea.
