"Dad, i am free now! Pick me up", "Oh sweety! How are you?", "Sir, meeting has been finalised at 9 sharp tommorow", now these we all are in our lives in some or the other way.but a link that connects all is this simple looking and complex doing CELLPHONE.Have you ever wondered that this, one more technological achievements has become an integral part of our lives and more important than anything else(because it CONNECTS us.!).
A miles long distance is now just a phonecall or simply a message away.Its now the time to talk about the embedded systems(ohh! not that electronics oone.) it means what is inside this 4 inches, grey mettalic, silver screen tool(Ahh! thats mine.).Without the cellular service provider or for layman a connection, its like human without brain or a DABBA in a basic regional dialect.
Neways, I am having prepaid connection of IDEA(because, dont want the bills come at home.!).Now, what my experience with this service has been, we shall now see.
GOOD:
1.As per my usage, it provides you good coverage and specially at the time of festivities like diwali, new year, when the signals for other cellular services usually get jammed, i have used it thouroughly.This is certainly a boost to this service.
2.The thing I really admire about this service is the schemes which are provided from time to time specially Idea’s Women Card where on having 0 balance, you can call under extreme conditions.
3.Other schemes which really have made us DEEWANA of idea is the chit chat card under which you can message/call to the person having idea connection only free from 11 p.m. to 7a.m.It charges 43/- for the card.Most of the times, it took real effforts to call because there is network problem, but as it gets connected, night is all yours.
There are other schemes like double talk time voucher which costs 60/- under which message rates comes to 20 paisa/- and std rates also cuts down.
4.It also messages you about different schemes available temporarily, short period offers and confer about this through phone. I had once availed the offer which was a talktime of 230/- having a validity of 3 months. The top-up also ranges which can be as low as 10Rs/-.
5.Lastly, I have heard a lot about problems in getting connection of other cellular services due to some paper work or something which I have not experienced and mostly those I know having IDEA.
BAD:
1.The most irritating part is that when sudddenly either 40/- or 80/- gets cut from your account due to roaming.It really gets hell out of you and I have experienced this quite a few times.
2.Unnecessary calls asking again and again for loans, credit cards, etc was a serious issue to acknowledge as personal things were getting private which eventually has also banned now due to court legal notice.
3.I had once my dialler tone got on which costed me 30/- even without my choice.When, i confered about the same, i was asked to call a certain number and say NO to dialler tone which again costed me Rs 6/- / minute.So, it was a way of making money through machines.
So, doing an analysis over this, its 70-30 thing.
In a nutshell, I can say that my experience is quite good with this company.As the caption says itself, An Idea can change your life.It certainly has brought a strike in my life too making it more short, less complex and compact.
So, to sum it up, i am looking forward of availing more benefits from IDEA cellular company and hope that being their customers, they would take care of our needs too.So, all you people still thinking, have IDEA with you and change your life for better!
