After being a loyal customer of Idea group for more than 10 years it is deeply disheartening to see baring of outgoing services even after paying your bills. Idea has appointed the most idiotic personal as there sales executives and customer care executives as they do not give a damn for your inconvenience. I believe there should be frequent internal verification of there customer care executives and idea should improve standard of there sales executives as well as customer care executives deeply disheartened by the way they talk
