I am one of the user of Idea network. and based on my real life experience I am going to share my reviews with you .
I am using this network with the same number which I bought two years back. and really guys .i am not satisfied with this network performance.
many times I did had face the problems with network coverage area problem. many people call me on secondary number and said to me. where are u gone? and many a times a missed my important calls due to poor network coverage area. whenever I used to go in basement for my official work purpose. my mobile network tower shows me exactly NIL.since I am prepaid user of my number .so I don’t have any billing issues.
Now lets move on towards the Mobile Data availabilty .
The Worst, The worst and The worst. only one sentence came up to my mouth for this network .in the field of Mobile DATA.
as I am very heavy users of mobile Data. so I rely most of the time on mobile data. and I had a very bad experience when I used idea mobile data. really guys. the 3G is working like a 2G in my mobile. I can’t forgot that moment. when one of my friend asked my mobile. for some browsing purpose.and I gave to them.and after 10 minutes of usage they said.
Dude change your mobile Data cause it’s running so slow. that an image taking a time to appear around 15 to 20 seconds to load .
They adviced me to switch my mobile data network from another mobile data network .like bharti airtel.
There is no certain reasons I have. when I was going to buy this, except I want a new number.
there are so many dislikes about this product certainly. expensive call rates. whether local or STD and very poor mobile data coverage problem.
Poor network coverage area. in basement areas.
So my suggestion is to all of you .do not buy this product for sure.
