So, I have been using the idea sim for a few days and my experience have not been good at all,
I have some call drops and also some other network issues sometimes the internet connection becomes very slow.
Network:
In the area I live the network of Idea is very bad and also a lot of problems arise due to that.
Customer Service:
So, recently idea automatically set a caller tune to my phone that was was just their branding and I did not liked it and then I contacted the customer care and the executive was not at all polite and he put my call on hold for 5 minutes and my experience was very bad.
Charges and Billings:
Idea also charges high call rates that is 2 paisa/s which is way more than what other operators charge.
I would really urge Idea to change their policies else I will have to port my sim into some other network.
