I have been using idea service 2-3 year.
Whenever I am browsing internet over data connection. Time to time I receive a massage saying that you have downloaded this suches_ monthly video, idea tv, games subcription and many more. The pack aplied is based on the main balance. I had Rs 30, 99, 20 etc Rs got deduct. Than I contact customer care they said your deduct balance can not refund.When I ask please transfer my call to superior but they put me on hold and call got desconected.
