Idea Networks are very well in delhi NCR and also get net speed perfect which we need on 3G network. but Other state Like Orisa at Angul inside of Jindal steel and power limited hostel area there was not network and I had complained to customer care they noted but didn’t resolved problem within two week. customer care services are good for postpaid user.
idea has cheaper plane than other competitor also we can take extra data it facility doesn’t provide any operator so like to idea. billing information provided actual till now.
