I am using idea postpaid from 2 years. they have good coverage in cities but not in interior areas(rural part of india). whenever I visit to my hometown which is in up, the network coverage gave me headache. they just vanish from my mobile. but of course in delhi and noida it works fine. one thing more when I used to travel some part of greater noida, coverage was a big deal but that was approx one year before. I don’t know what is the situation now a days in greater noida.
if I come to plans they have very good plans but I am using iplan and I love it. I can change the packs time to time as and when required.
customer service is little bit lousy but if you keep following up you will get the solution with a little delay.
so go for it if you are going to use it in city under good coverage area and want some good plans.
