A big fraud company in telecom sector. They deducted around Rs.100 from my account at a rate of Rs.5/day by making some activation in my account without my knowledge.
When I approached the customer care, they said that I have downloaded some content. Anyway, It’s really an nice IDEA of snatching money customer’s wallet as a service provider. So, be alert and careful while using IDEA as your service provider.!
TRAI should have some regulation to protect customers from such cheating.
