Minute Usage

So you would think that one of the world’s most popular cell phone service providers would have a measly functionality of telling you how many minutes you used? Like I said we would think that . Yet that is not the case. AT&T (In the USA) that I know can not tell me how many minutes I use every month. They tell me to use the time functionality on my phone itself. But Helloooo...that functionality counts the usage from the beginning of your service not monthly. You pay these guys the big bucks and they can not even customize to their users. I figure why do providers like Voicestream(now T-mobile) can provide such a neat feature. When I was with T-mobile, the phone was so not a worry. I never had to worry about going over minutes cause I was able to keep count.

So now you wonder why I may have switched? Well one of the biggest reasons is becasue they did not provide free nights. And comeon, a girl like me needs to talk. If I don’t it is like goin to prison and never coming out. Seriously. But Anyways, what can we do right...Now whenever I go over my minutes, I am like darn these people just want to steal my money.

You can just imagine now the number the people that switch carriers. I mentioned customer service earlier. They are the rudest people around. I am sorry ifyou hate your job, but my payments are the done that is in your paychecks. Give me a brak, if you are having a bad day is that really MY PROBLEM....but we keep our cool, smile and walk away. Oh I miss my T-mobile...hmm..maybe if I can get into the habit of talking less... I will be a happy camper with my service provider...ladee daaaaaa
