I am completely dissatisfied with idea network, worst network ever ??
Seriously am very much frustrated about It I couldn’t even control my anger though I contacted to the customer care their is no response,
Actually I was in village on 27th September where their is no proper network coverage and I haven’t used data on that day but this fuing idea charged me ₹600 I couldn’t even know why the fk they charged me and totally they charged ₹1049/month but my plan is just for ₹349+₹50=₹400 but they charged me extra ₹600. That’s why I decided to port my number to jio where they charge just 400₹/3months
Before I tried to port my number One of your agents called me and said that he will be providing the network for free i.e 349 segment for free and convinced me to port, but the end of the day they made me big fool I couldn’t even imagine That as*hole made me fool for choosing the idea network and I make all my family members to be change the network from idea to jio today itself
