Idea has own network. but idea does not have good and powerful network. actually I am resident of bangaluru. in bangalore idea network is good but in other states like rajasthan and up( experienced places) donot have good network. there are only 2g and sometime 3g. and in phone often one or two line. we cannot properly talk to the person. according to me 2.5 rating out of 5.
