Their Marketing personnel tell whole set of lies when a customer approach them for connection.
Network Connectivity - worst among other service provider
Customer Support - You call 100 times, but your query will never resolve. Very poor communication skills. Most of the time they don’t have enough data (server down) to answer the customer query.
Nodal Officer - Talks several weeks to reply.
Bill Payment - Wrong charge the bill. Will never refund the extra charges applied.
Disconnection - Whenever you apply for disconnect the service, they will take several weeks to terminate the service. Even if your service is disconnected, you will receive bills for several months. If you don’t pay charges for unsupervised period, they will send the legal notice to you.
Verification - Their verification takes several weeks to carry out. No one knows why your verification was failed (eg. If No is in home, they will ask your neighbor and treat as a evidence).
