I am using idea’s service since last 5 years, and what I found is when I am in my region that is within madhya pradesh it’s network is good ( not in villages) but when I go outside. For example rajasthan to my relatives, the network is not ok there. Another thing I does not like is that its calling rates are higher than other operators and the internet packs are also at very high rates compare to others. High data cost, for large data plan is not affordable for middle class. Although that is not the problem for me, now a days because I am using jio sim.
