How one should feel when he aparts from his long term relationship.. Broken.....Isn’t?? the same happened to me when I finally decided to leave IDEA Services.. Why??
1) thou company creates catchy adverts it failed to catch hold on its user’s faith
2) Just to increase their Revenue; a good amount is deducted from Prepaid Customers’ account without their knowledge for the services they never used.

As a new geneartion techno savvy guy I love to surf GPRS on my Nokia Set. And I purchased this connection just to use this service.
Everytime I recharge my Mobile with Rs 100; few days after I realised that actually my balance becomes NIL without my knowledge and uses..
To confirm whenever I called to Customer Care services
First...Your call be responsed after so many trials
Second Their ill-fractured softwares have NO records about my Last recharges and Uses.
Third..for them customer is never Right...
Balance Deduction excuses are given like..." sir u r using Idea Radio Application; New Welcome Tunes;Heavy GPRS uses......"
Moreover their Free SMS pack stops working when you are ROAMING ..A time when u need to SMS Most...Another Shock..
And they have Myth that idea is a demading brand and I’m Breaking Their Myth By saying Bye to" the Idea of Looting Customer" of IDEA...
I know every telecom operator in India has some Loopholes this time i’m identifying this.. so Publishing the same.. Next Time I hope something good to write about next opeartor
