A has been customer of idea, I used this pretty crappy network for 1 LONG PAINFUL year. This definitely beats all other telecom connection networks by miles when coming to performing the least. I don’t know why idea makes these highly intellectual ads if they have nothing to offer on the service end?
I went through highly distorted connection, loss of signal just like that and a pathetic 3g service during that one year. Whenever I would call the customer center, first i’d wait for more than half an hour only to listen to’you’re request has been noted and we’ll work with the issue soon enough’. Even in such a big and very well connected city like Delhi, I used to face network loss in open ground. Idea has never felt the need to improve.
I’d suggest any sane one to go for any other network but idea. As for idea, I think you better shift your focus from advertisement to real-time customer servicing.
