I am using idea sim card since 2 years.in such a period I have faced a lot of troubles with it.
recently the trouble was about my messages.in my phone it was shown that the message has been sent.but my friend to whom I send those messages will say I haven’t received any message from u.
first I thought that my friend’s phone may have some trouble and I said to her that once talk to ur customer service.her sim was tata docomo.she spoke to them.they said there was nothing problem is there, may b the sender’s sim could have problem.
after hearing that I called idea customer care.the call even hadn’t connected to the service men. a woman’s voice said that-’ for any complaints press the particular number’. I pressed the number said by the woman.after that she asked for service code.i haven’t understood what code she is talking about.i didn’t received any code here in my mobile.
I called several times but the response was same.and I did’nt have any other option in-spite of calling them again and again.
not only my friend.other friends of mine also use docomo sim and they also said the same words which were said by the first one.
I didn’t understand what to do.finally, I left making messages to my friends who are of docomo sim users.

I often got offers that 160 mb for 28 days @ 25 rupees that too 3g net.i thought it was very good offer and I tried it once.i used only face book with that. at first the loading speed was very good for 2 days.gradually it was reduced.after a week the speed was very very low.and it became very difficult for browsing.it lakes a long time for the loading.but the net would be still 80 mb is there.
ok I agree that it’s charge is very cheap .
but as said 3g net has to be supplied entire 28 days.but it will reduce to 1g after few days only.
said quality has to be suppied honestly right.!
at some popular villages also there no network for the sim.and browsing is impossible for the villagers.and I suffered it during journeys.
